•I'm someone who doesn't read poetry that often because all the wrong poetry was stuffed down my throat during high school. I've been too lazy to bother finding more, until now. This is the first time I've read Irtika Kazi' work, and I think it's beautiful.
•The cover is beautifully designed and totally goes with the title and poems inside the book. After a long time I have found myself totally consumed by a poetry book. The poems themselves resulted in me feeling speechless. I could read this book over and over again simply due to how amazing these poems are.
•The book consists 32 amazing poems, each poem have different theme. Some are full of joy on other hand some are emotional. Irtika has some different perspective and she portrayed it really well. The book comes under modern poetry category and doesn't follow a particular theme.
•The range of theme she touched through these poems is really amazing. She narrates her experiences, emotions, and frustration through these poems. No words can describe how much I love her works.
•Her poems can touch the heart and mind at the same time. There were lines that stopped me in my tracks because of how clearly I saw my own experiences reflected in her words. One of my favourite in the collection was Letters from Nana.
•It's gorgeous. It's peaceful. It's naturally loving. You (poetry lovers) will not want to keep it down. However, I would advise you to read these poems just like you're drinking a glass of wine... slowly!
•Beauty lies in simplicity and that’s what the author has done with her work. The author definately poured her heart out. I liked how the author bought the realness in each poem.
Highly Recommended!!
