When You Saved Me: A Romance-ish Story

"When You Saved Me" is a quintessential romance genre, portraying personal growth and healing. It's a story of two individuals navigating their own demons, finding comfort in each other's company.

Damon Boudreaux returning back to his hometown, Whitestone Veil unexpectedly meets a girl named Rosaline, and their friendship turns into something really beautiful. The story beautifully explores the complexities of life, love, and friendship.

Damon wanted a quiet life after a tough time in New York, from the tragedies of his past, but he discovers that isn't as calm as he imagined. Rosaline has her own problems, and together, they figure things out. The story shows the power of friendship as the foundation for something deeper that friends can become something more, and it's okay to be a bit messy.

The characters are flawlessly flawed, adding authenticity to this book. The characters, Damon and Rosaline, are like real people with good and not-so-good parts. Damon and Rosaline's dynamic is both chaotic and adorable highlighting the messiness of real relationships. Author writes in a way that makes you feel like you're there with them.

The book basically talks about feelings and growing up, not just romance. Author tells the story in a way that's easy to understand and makes you think. If you like stories about friendship turning into something special, and you enjoy feeling a bit warm inside, you should read "When You Saved Me." It's a nice story that stays with you even after you finish reading it.
