•Olivia Gendt is the central character in this story. Jaxson, her husband, died recently of a heart attack. •The author did an excellent job of portraying the story. The way she develops the story builds suspense,

as well as how she uncovers it, is the finest. The author told the narrative from Olivia's point of view, but she also explained Shaye's point of view in the middle, which added to the interest. The story unfolds gradually, teaching us the importance of not making hasty decisions also, how a communication breakdown can cause family strife.
